How-To Series

The How-to-series of B-Cube activities are based on the University’s initiative in engaging students, alumni and external publics towards the understanding of how to build up startup strategies and practices in Greece and abroad.

The events are planned to be brief and hands-on (workshops). They include the development of an entrepreneurial spirit for students and alumni. Themes that are developed thought the How-To Series include how to develop startup systems and optimum performance methodologies and how to finance a start-up in Greece.

Activities are led by business experts – young entrepreneurs in various business fields (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, IT).

Our B-Cube initiative offers a free workshop on “The agribusiness industry’s contribution to feeding the world while responding to environmental challenges”. The workshop is offered by George Pontikas, President and CEO of the agtech company Syngenta Hellas Single Member S.A.C.I.

Our B-Cube initiative offered a free workshop on “How to Reposition Your Company or Non-Profit”.  The workshop was offered by André Gutierrezsenior advisor to Gargiulo + Partners, a communications advisory firm.

Our B-Cube initiative offered a free workshop on “Launching a start-up business using robotics and AI: successful practices and strategies”. 

The workshop was offered by Gerasimos Gerolymatos, Founder & CEO of Gerobo International, a Robotics, Cobotics, AMR’s - Cleaning, Service robots and Drones company.

Our B-Cube initiative offered a free workshop on “How to Lead: Skills and competences of leading in different cultures.” The workshop was co-led by Pete Tsolis, Director of Business Programs at Hellenic American University and George Stroumboulis, CEO of IDEOLI Group.  

The speakers talked about how technology and the post-covid new normal have changed the global perspective in the business world environment.

The first workshop in the series of HOW-TO events was entitled “How to frame roles, skills and competences of a top-performing sales force”.

Successfully managing a B2B sales force requires a clear organizational strategic focus that aligns marketing and sales. Participants developed a competency framework for B2B sales jobs roles.
